Kings International College - Supporting parents preparing for SEND tribunal cases
Our SENCO uses secure AI tools to support parents preparing for SEND tribunal cases by anonymously consolidating key documents, including consultations, parental views, professional reports, Ofsted evidence and EHCP paperwork. AI organises and summarises complex information, highlights inconsistencies and produces clear, accessible explanations of children’s needs and required provision. It can also generate draft statements from stakeholders, saving significant administrative time before being carefully reviewed and refined by the SENCO. This human‑led approach empowers families to feel informed and confident in advocating for their child while ensuring all sensitive information is handled responsibly.
Burton and South Derbyshire College - Regenerate National Forest creative project
Regenerate: A National Forest Immersive Collaboration is a cross-disciplinary project that used AI alongside immersive technologies to bring creative learning to life. Learners from multiple subject areas co-created a multisensory performance exploring environmental transformation, using AI for imagery, soundscapes, and idea generation. AI acted as a catalyst for creativity, helping students visualise concepts, shape narratives and collaborate across disciplines. The impact has been significant - boosting learner confidence, digital fluency, and engagement, while demonstrating how AI can enhance creative practice and support meaningful, real-world learning experiences in further education.
